BusAccel starts by facilitating a self-assessment of the entrepreneur's leadership team. This assessment determines the need for advisory board members and/or additional management team members to complement strenghts and cover weaknesses of the current management team. Assistance with identification and recruitment of best-in-class prospective team members is provided.

Northeast Iowa Community College delivery of staff training through the 260E and 260F programs are also facilitated.

Through its partnerships with Clarke College, Loras College, Northeast Iowa Community College, University of Dubuque and University of Iowa, BusAccel can facilitate the formation of student research teams and internships. As a complement to research conducted by company staff and contracted professional firms, student researchers provide a cost effective means to conduct various market studies and technical analyses.
