This workshop will address many of the questions commonly held by individuals and institutions that are considering placing angel investments. Issues addressed by the Angel Fund Organizational Workshop include:

     •  How much money do I need to invest?

     •  When can I expect to make a return on my investment?

     •  What kinds of companies can I invest in?

     •  How much time does an angel investment require?

     •  What are the risks of angel investing?

     •  What tax incentives are available to angel investors?

     •  What are the next steps if I want to move forward?
