Northeast Iowa Angel Fund Organizational Workshop

Attending this workshop will familiarize each participant with five alternatives to participate in seed stage investment opportunities here in Northeast Iowa. These include:
1. Individual Angel Investing
2. Investment Club
3. Member-driven Angel Fund
4. Profesionally Managed Angel Fund
5. Professionally Managed Angel Fund with Member Participation (Hybrid of 3 and 4)
Entrepreneurial Neighborhood Location Awarded $80,000
The Iowa Department of Economic Development awarded Dubuque Main Street an $80,000 challent grant award. Proceeds will fund rennovations at Wilmac Properties Company's first BusAccel Entrepreneurial Neighborhood facility at 1000 Jackson Street in the Warehouse District of Dubuque Iowa. This is the first of many Entrepreneurial Neighborhood locations to be selected in Dubuque and throughout northeast Iowa.
