BusAccel provides advisory services and networking opportunities to entrepreneurs, Angel investors, strategic institutional investors, developers, vendors of professional services, financial services firms, community development organizations and local governments located in Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque and Jackson Counties.

Angelsoft Entrepreneur Log-in          

BusAccel serves as an advisory portal taking Entrepreneurs to the Angelsoft network of private equity financing. Entprepreneurs wishing to submit offering documents including their executive summary, business plan, private offering memorandum, proformal financial statements and historical financial statements should log in here.

This month 448 Angel Groups and VCs, 17,144 Angel Investors and 3,500 new Entrepreneurs will use Angelsoft to identify, work and close funding opportunities.
